Interpretation:In this policy, capitalized words have specific meanings as defined below. These definitions will remain consistent whether the words are used in the singular or plural form.
Definitions:For the purpose of this policy:
- "Company" (referred to as "the Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") refers to StackApps Innovation.
- "Products" refers to the items available for sale on our website under the Projects section.
- "Orders" refer to your requests to purchase Installation/Services from us.
- "Service/Support/Customization" refers to our in-house support ticket system available at https://support.stackapps.net
- "Website" refers to StackApps, accessible at www.stackapps.net.
- "You" refers to the individual accessing or using our service, or the company or legal entity on behalf of which the individual is accessing or using the service.
Refund and Cancellation Rights
Once the project has commenced, and the agreed-upon amount has been paid, it becomes non-refundable. However, as we provide services that may not start immediately, you have the option to request a refund within 24 hours of payment.
If the installation or customization process is already in progress, and a new version of the software is released on Codecanyon, we are not obligated to move the installation or customization to the latest version.
Automatic software upgrades from Codecanyon after customization are not applicable, and we are not responsible if your system encounters issues after self-applying updates. If you wish to upgrade your system through us, separate arrangements need to be made.
After the installation or customization process is completed, no further support will be provided. However, before releasing the applications or during the customization process, you will have the option of two revisions. No further revisions will be accepted once the codebase is released or handed over to you.
By placing an order for any of our Installation/Customization services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these policies. Furthermore, it confirms that you fully agree to and accept the terms and conditions outlined in these policies. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, we kindly request that you refrain from placing an order with us.
At StackApps, we are dedicated to providing excellent customer support. We offer 6 months of free technical support from the date of purchase for all software source code acquired through Codecanyon. Our support aims to assist customers with any technical issues they may encounter related to the purchased software source code.
If your support period has expired, you have the option to extend it by purchasing an additional 6 months of support through our support portal.
It's important to note that the extended support period specifically covers technical issue resolution and does not include customization, development, or consulting services.
Any requests for services beyond technical issue fixing will be subject to additional fees, and we will provide you with a separate quotation for such services.
